Our passion and purpose is to provide married couples with the foundational elements needed for an enjoyable, lifelong marriage and to see marriage in the Houston area (and beyond) wholly restored for God’s glory.
A JOY-FILLED MARRIAGE
Yes, you can have a joy-filled marriage! Marriage is wonderful but hard. Just like life, it is filled with joy and suffering. This is because marriage is life being walked out as partners, two lives journeying together as one through all that life brings. Marriage can be both helpful and hurtful, encouraging and discouraging, amazing and difficult. It is, as Paul describes in Ephesians 5:32, “a profound mystery” how two lives join together to journey through life with purpose, mission, and blessing. You are in this together! That is God's gift to you. This is why at Love for a Lifetime we find marriage miraculous and exciting! We want to share with you foundational tools for a thriving marriage, and we want to encourage and to support you as you enjoy the great adventure of marriage together.
WHO WE ARE
Love for a Lifetime is a nonprofit marriage ministry for married couples located in Tomball, Texas, with accessibility to couples in Houston and its surrounding areas. The purpose of this ministry is to encourage healthy, thriving marriages through quarterly date nights, purposeful conversations, special events, and various resources.
WHAT DOES LOVE FOR A LIFETIME OFFER?
While no marriage is without its challenges, even the strongest unions will encounter seasons that require intention and care. Love for a Lifetime was not created solely for struggling marriages, but for all marriages. Our desire is to equip couples with practical tools to navigate life’s inevitable challenges and—just as importantly—to create meaningful opportunities to strengthen, celebrate, and cherish the bond they share.

Throughout the year, Love for a Lifetime hosts a series of events designed to help couples invest in and enjoy their marriages.

First, we host quarterly Date Nights. These evenings give couples the opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and simply enjoy a fun, relaxed night together—no planning required on your part!

Second, we offer Dinner with a Purpose. Each dinner focuses on one specific marriage topic or theme, and the entire evening is intentionally constructed around that focus. From the meal and conversation prompts to the teaching and activities, every element is designed to help couples engage meaningfully and walk away with practical tools. Topics include oneness, communication, conflict resolution, finances, planning for the holidays, intimacy, expectations, and more.

Together, these experiences encourage couples to connect — making room not only to navigate challenges, but to deepen their bond and build marriages marked by growth and joy. Our desire is for marriages not merely to survive, but to thrive.
